Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original Mon Coeur™ box; ensure all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
